Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Region Mantels website (the “Site”), our product catalog, and any related communications, quotes, or orders (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Region Mantels is an authorized dealer of Omega Mantels cast-stone fireplace mantels, overmantels, and related architectural surrounds. We provide design guidance, sizing assistance, quotes, and coordinate delivery for the pieces we represent.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product details, dimensions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, because each mantel is manufactured to order, finishes and tones may vary slightly from photographs, and dimensions may be adjusted during fabrication to accommodate your firebox.

All inventory is subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

A quote request submitted through the Site is an invitation to discuss a project — it is not a binding order. An order is confirmed only after pricing, freight, and lead time have been agreed to in writing and a deposit has been received.

Because pieces are built to order, confirmed orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins. Any exceptions will be stated in your written order confirmation.

Prices displayed on the Site are provided for reference only and may be updated without notice. Final pricing is confirmed on your written quote and is exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, freight, lift-gate, and installation charges unless expressly noted. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Cast stone is a heavy, finished product. You are responsible for inspecting shipments at delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographs, so we can coordinate a remedy with the carrier and manufacturer.

Claims made after the inspection window may be limited by the carrier’s or manufacturer’s policies.

The manufacturer’s limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in the documentation accompanying your order. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, modifications, abuse, or normal variation in natural cast stone finishes. Please retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

All content on the Site — including product descriptions, photographs, drawings, logos, and the Region Mantels name — is owned by Region Mantels or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content for commercial purposes without written permission.

• Do not attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or availability.
• Do not scrape, copy, or resell catalog content without written permission.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit false project information.
• Do not use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including our manufacturing partner). We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Region Mantels and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Region Mantels and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or province in which Region Mantels is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page; the “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
